About us

The public sector is a complicated place.  Many organisations share the same challenges whether security, cloud strategy, PSN, HSCN, alignment to NCSC principles such as Zero trust whilst playing that off against the GDS view that we should all work in the open.  Many organisations are financially constrained without the benefit of a dedicated architect to help advise and guide ICT departments into well thought out strategic decisions.

When we started reaching out to fellow architects, we discovered many of them would have the same challenges, but found that in most cases, each one would have created a bespoke solution to meet the needs of their organisation.  We decided to bring together the public sector architects to provide a way of collaborating and sharing ideas.

After all, great technical designs should be re-usable.
